Ethnic Communities Council Of Queensland (ECCQ) ECCQ is a voluntary, not-for-profit, community-based State peak organisation. Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland has a state focus and contributes to national policy and debate on all matters concerning ethnic communities and multiculturalism.

ABC Indigenous Online Australian Broadcasting Commission's Indigenous television and radio website.

Aboriginal Australia provides information about Aboriginal enterprises, culture, art and conferences.

Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet contains much of the Internet-accessible information on Indigenous health.

Aboriginal Languages of Australia This site has annotated links to over 130 resources for about 40 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages. About 35 per cent of these resources are produced by Indigenous people.

The Indigenous Network links to all major Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander websites. 

Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

ABIQ Autism Behaviour Intervention QLD a Brisbane based organisation promoting Applied Behaviour Analysis as a treatment for autism. This site also lists local and relevant professionals and services involved in the care and treatment of people with autism.

Cerebral Palsy

Cerebral Palsy League of Queensland provides an overview of cerebral palsy and information about services provided by the League.

Child Care

Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) Child Care Provision available for parents who need child care to attend AMEP. TAFE Qld Language and Literacy Services will make individual assessments of students applying for the AMEP Child Care Provision. Child Care centres can also contact this service if they have any questions about the parents

Australian Early Childhood Association (AECA) details their publications, conferences and events. It also provides links to sites relevant to people working with or studying young children.

Creche and Kindergarten Association of Queensland an organisation for the support and training of those involved in the care and education of children 0 to 6 yrs in kindergartens, preschools, long day care, family day care. 

Lady Gowrie Child Centre Brisbane provides information about their services and the professional development training they offer.

Professional Support Coordinator Queensland (PSCQ) provides a single point of co-ordination for the provision of professional support. Services can access information and request support from an extensive range of support services that will enhance capacity to provide optimal services to children and their families. These services will include the provision of professional development and training opportunities, bicultural and specialist support and resources to support the full participation of children in their activities. Offices are located in Brisbane and Townsville.

Queensland Council of Social Services has a Child Care Management Training and Support Unit which provides training and support to the child care sector in Queensland

Early Intervention

Early Childhood Intervention outlines access to Early Childhood Intervention Programs and Services for children with disabilities with significant educational support needs in 2007.
