The Lifeline Bookfest in Caboolture was held from September 21 - 23, 2013 at Caboolture Centenary Lakes, Indoor Basketball Courts, Morayfield Road. The event raised over $37,000 in funds to support vital community services. Lifeline Bookfest in Caboolture will be back in 2014 in April!
Lifeline Bookfest in Caboolture will see 130 tables stocked with paperbacks and hardcover fiction and faction of all genres, text books, novels, magazines, short stories, novellas and other sought after titles sold for bargain prices starting at $2.
For those with book shelves already bursting at the seams, donating to the Lifeline Bookfest is a fantastic way to recycle books that are no longer needed and to make way for some new and exciting chapters.
All the funds raised at the Bookfest help support Lifeline and UnitingCare Community’s free counselling and support services including the Community Recovery program that send counsellors out into disaster affected areas to supports the emotional wellbeing of those affected.
