UnitingCare Community's employment service can offer a wage subsidy to the employer to assist with the cost of training new employees. The employment must be ongoing after the wage subsidy period has expired and you must be able to provide us with verification of the clients’ wages for this time frame.  This incentive is available for most clients who are registered with Ipswich and Toowoomba Employment Service.
